The Revised Playground Safety Legislation  (AB 1144 Harman) became effective on January 1, 2008.   A full copy of the legislation is available under Playground Safety and a summary of the changes is available under NEWS.

Consumer Product Safety Commission Public Playground Safety Handbook Revision - Publication # 325-08 was published on April 21, 2008.  It is a free download on their web page www.cpsc.gov
